Very nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed with quality linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with quality china, cutlery, implements as well as full suite Lots of supplementary items : beach towels, picnic gear Excellent location very near sea. Very responsive management : a couple of minor issues were responded to within an hour and resolved very quickly.

it was clean well equipped and in a great location . the free bus into town was an added bonus as we arrived without a car . the host was so lovely I will definitely recommend this apartment and will use it again when I visit Kona next

nothing we loved it

A lot to like in this condo-good size, nice layout, very well equipped, clean, quiet/convenient location, convenient parking, pool, washer/dryer looked brand new. Owner very responsive and easy to get hold of. No big list of chores to be done upon leaving (turn out the lights and take out the kitchen trash basically).

The unit has wall a/c in the bedroom, which worked great, and in the front living room/kitchen which was schizophrenic. Sometimes it worked and sometimes not. As we did not spend a lot of time in the front room it was not a big problem for us. Mornings were delightful with the lanai door open but towards sunset it was warm. Something to consider if you have a need to use the sofa bed in the living room.

Fantastic place! Very confortable and very good price for the quality of the instalations. it is a bit far from the center of Kona if you do not have a car, but there is within 20-30 mins walking distance, I would say. Anyways, there are multiple bars and nice beaches around! Very clean, very confortable. I will try to book it again if I am lucky to be back in Kona!

I liked the extra amenities provided by the hostess: a wide range of beach equipment, tea and coffee, cooking utensils. laundry supplies, and clear instructions on how to use everything. The space was clean and welcoming.

Being asked to turn the A/C off whenever we were gone bothered my mom a bit, but we understand you are just trying to keep energy costs down.
