Misleading Photos: The photos of the property on your site are extremely misleading. Insufficient Bedding: We booked for 9 people but found only 8 beds upon check-in. Lack of Communication: When I raised these issues, I was told that the owner was not in discussion with me but rather with Booking.com. This is not true. Communal Facilities: The property description should clearly state that the house is communal with shared bathrooms and common areas. Additional Charges: We were asked about our cooking plans and were informed that there would be an extra charge for using the kitchen facilities. Inadequate Amenities: There was insufficient crockery and cutlery for the number of guests. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon attempting to use the microwave, we discovered rotten food containers inside, suggesting it had not been cleaned or used in quite some time. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware of these issues. I would appreciate your urgent attention to address and rectify these concerns.

I was disappointed and regretted booking this place for 5days. The owner is a crook and his place is infested with roaches. After I booked a double room he told me it does not have a bathroom even though the description said the room has a private bath...he swindled me an extra R150 per day to give me a room with a private bath. The staff badged in my room twice without knocking, they have zero hospitality background and knowledge
