Nice Location with easy access to village center and lake.

This apartment stay was highly disappointing. The check-in process was impersonal—guests must retrieve an access code from the company to open a key box, with no staff onsite to assist or welcome arrivals. Inside, the TV was unusable due to untranslated Korean settings, leaving us without entertainment. The apartment rules were confusing, particularly the lack of requirement to separate trash from recyclables by receiving a fine of 50 $ if wrongly handled. The worst issue, however, was the bedding, likely infested with dust mites, causing relentless itching and red bite marks on our arms by morning. Compounding the frustration, the strict 10 AM checkout—with threats of penalties—felt needlessly rigid for vacationers. Plus there is a construction side just opposite of street who started digging at 8.00 am. For the price paid, staying at a hotel would have offered far better value, comfort, and professionalism. Overall, a poorly maintained, unwelcoming stay with multiple red flags; we would not recommend.
