Amazing view. Nice decor

Facilities only really suitable for making tea or coffee. No bowls or cutlery, so had to eat our cereal out of a mug with a teaspoon Had to wash up in the bathroom sink.

A slight muck up with the keys, right key lock but wrong keys, took a while and several phone calls to get it sorted, host were upstairs and didn't answer the door immediately.

Great views, very comfortable. Very clean. Parking on site. Fridge and kettle provided.

Felt it was over priced for what it was. A bedroom with 2 single beds, close to $300/ night. No kitchenette, so couldn’t self-cater. Scratchy toilet paper. For the cost of the room, better quality toilet paper would be nice.

Location!! Very comfortable beds, wonderful location and views, very clean and tidy!

Walls very thin, could hear people next door but they were loud! Would be nice if tea and coffees etc were stocked every day! Mini microwave would be helpful!

View and fittings were new

Well overpriced for basically a small room in a house. Two single beds in a room ,no bowls for someone to eat from. Certainly not value for money. Could not recommend for others to stay there.

Wonderful location

Mis-leading advertising. This was not an apartment. It was a bedroom with an ensuite. Although it was advertised for two people there was only one comfortable chair and no ability to do anything other than make a hot drink. This was not made clear on the web. It was suitable for an overnight stay but nothing further

Very clean and comfortable in a good position

The place was clean and warm, the view was amazing, hosts were friendly and commutative. The bed was comfortable. Wish it was advertised well about the location. For the amount that was paid, it could have been better.

Tekapo is a cold place. A kettle is essential and a microwave so if it's snowing or raining you don't have to walk to town. That was a really basic understanding of anyone providing accommodation in the south island. By the way, it is on the hill. It took me 1 hour to heat up the packaged food as I often change the hot water in the jar to create the heat. Didn't feel like a holiday sometimes because of the inconvenience. I have sent them an email but no reply. The tea, and coffee were there... but no chocolate or herbal tea. Not sure what was the point. It was uncomfortable. The milk was frozen due to cold and it was no way to heat up for tea in the morning. The few changes will make the pace better and advertising that is inconvenient for people without a car.
