If you want to just soak up the sunshine with peace and a gentle breeze and a great view, then the balcony is just fab, plenty of small supermarkets to cook home food or pop over to the golf der sur strip for a medium size supermarket. Lots of places to eat all within 2-10min walk. location is more for the older generation, peaceful area with no load music bars.good places to eat on a budget , very clean area, local taxis are regular and cheap, taxi ride for 2 to airport 18 euros. . if you love fish or good spanish food there is plenty.

Slight water shortage made having a 8am a bit difficult.

Die Lage ist super, der Blick von der Terrasse fantastisch. Es ist alles soweit da. Der Ort hat noch landestypischen Charme mit Bars und Restaurants in jeder Preisklasse.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Der Aufgang zur Wohnung ist über eine enge Wendeltreppe. Da die Koffer hochzubekommen, ist sportlich. Auf der Terrasse hatte man ab und zu durch den Regenwasserabfluss Abwassergeruch. Wenn man zu zweit Homeoffice machen möchte, wird es etwas eng.

Tutto benissimo, vista spettacolare, terrazzo meraviglioso, appartamento arredato molto bene e dotato di ogni comfort. Gli aerei dell’aeroporto vicino non si sentono minimamente, idem barche, non date retta a certe recensioni nonsense. Il paesino è molto bello e tranquillo, ideale per una vacanza rilassante, non se cercate movida e shopping. L’host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Ogni tanto l’acqua della doccia non scendeva proprio copiosa, ma questione di pochi istanti, e penso sia normalissimo nelle isole.

The property has everything you need- like a home from home. 2 bathrooms give additional space Air con is very much appreciated ! The washing machine is perfect to be able to travel light . The outdoor balcony is perfect for a night time drink, listening to the sea and watching the stars! We are repeat visitors as we love it so much !

Nothing not to like… There is a spiral staircase up to the apartment which is no problem to us but worth bearing in mind if you have mobility issues (so don’t take a big heavy case!!)

Perfect ! Clean, comfortable, spacious, plenty of storage for bags, clothes, kitchen has everything you need and a large balcony perfect for a couples retreat. The apartment has air con which is perfect for a hot day! The location is great for walking to restaurants/bars/shop. The balcony was perfect for watching the sun go down and listening to the crashing of the waves and watching the stars… Cristiano is just the best host. So helpful and courteous. Nothing is a problem. Excellent communication!

There was nothing not to like. Please note- There is a spiral staircase to take you to the apartment, so be mindful if you have large suitcases or you’re not very mobile. I personally loved the staircase and Cristiano is very willing to help!

The apartment has been completely upgraded and it has been done very well. It is bright and spacious and with a large glass wall of sliding doors, has spectacular views over the ocean. The terrace gets the sun all day and is big enough for a large dining table, chairs and 2 sunbeds. It is very well equipped, modern & clean and Cristiano, your host, is lovely to deal with and very efficient. The apartment is in an ideal location, with all the village restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

We liked everything about it. There really was nothing to fault.

The view was amazing, the balcony caught the sun all day and the location was both quiet and perfect. Good communication prior to and during stay. We've already made plans to return.

1.) The apartment has 2 air con units. both of them were unacceptable dirty! the bed room ac unit was cold enough, but the living room unit ac was to weak (8000 BTU) is too weak too cool down. 2.) The apartment is only accessible thru this steep , narrow spiral staircase, almost impossible to carry heavy luggages up and down. 3.) The bed blanket was was without a blanket case (Duvet without a Duvet Cover), that is rather odd and not hygienic, unless it was a new one which doubt. 4.) In general, the apartment needs better cleaning. 5.) Parking was charged (which I knew upon booking) 50 EU, which I think should not be charged. The parking facility is underground but extremely narrow and difficult to navigate with a medium size car. In course we never used that parking, but parked by the nearby garbage dump. 6.) When we checked out, the owner representative came 10-15 minutes late, which is not appropriate to let customers wait who need to catch a plane.
