La posizione silenziosa.

Mancano oscuranti sulle finestre, la luce entra durante la notte e di prima mattina disturbando il sonno.

Everything! The view is amazing, the outdoor/garden/pool area is so charming and relaxing. The room (in April) stayed cool, and was very comfortable, practical and clean. The bed is excellent. I am 6 months pregnant and it was such a relief to have a very large and comfy bed :D Jose was an excellent host, very friendly and available to answer any question. The place is close to everything by car : supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest... but still being in a calm area, far from the busy hotel concentrated areas. We had a wonderful stay !

Although this didn't by any means ruin our stay, we do hear the upstairs neighbors quite a lot especially if they are talking outside. Just something to be aware of.

La Finquita è una struttura accogliente dotata di tutti i confort per vivere una vacanza come se fossi a casa. Quel patio con la piscina, poi, un sogno. Josè è un proprietario di casa gentile ed ospitale (si era rotto lo scarico del bagno e lui prontamente è venuto a ripararlo).

Piccoli margini di miglioramento: 1- l'asciugacapelli. È troppo piccolo e poco performante. In una località di mare che per di più è principalmente raggiunta in aereo (poco spazio in valigia dunque), sarebbe necessario un asciugacapelli che funzioni bene. 2- mettere delle tende alla finestra vicino al letto poichè entra troppa luce al mattino e riparare qualche lampada della stanza che sembrava non funzionare (ma sono cose minori, il posto vale assolutamente la pena)

La tranquilidad, la ubicación, el trato con el propietario. Todo limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Una experiencia espectacular y vale mucho la pena estar en este lugar

L'appartamento è piacevole e arredato in stile canario con tutto il necessario La terrazza ha una splendida vista sul mare. Silenzioso e fuori caos della costa. Ottima base per visitare l'isola. L'host gentile e disponibile.

Un' osservazione: è necessario un mezzo per muoversi essendo fuori dal paese.

Angenehmer Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit erreichbar und auch bei außergewöhnlichen Situation (wir hatten das Unwetter Claudia mit starken Regenfällen und starkem Wind) direkt mit pragmatischen Lösungen da. Wohnung wirkt sehr schön, alles passt zusammen, rustikaler Stil passt. Bett bequem und groß. Parkplatz auf der Straße immer vorhanden Sehr ruhige Gegend und traumhafte Aussicht Gemeinschaftspool gut und angenehm (man teilt sich diesen mit La Finquita Home)

Kleinigkeiten, aber Wohnung braucht mal eine Frischzellenkur, z.B. Löcher in Fugen ausbessern, Schrankschaniere wieder befestigen, Abfluss im Bad verbessern (bei Waschbeckennutzung muffiger Geruch aus dem Duschabfluss), Pfannen und Töpfe erneuern -> Gesamteindruck der Wohnung "leidet" etwas unter diesen Kleinigkeiten Lage schon sehr außerhalb
