Плюси - чистота, привітний персонал.

Відсутність засобів миття для посудомийки. Була помилка з оплатою, коли вказав на неї персоналу, то одразу виправили (треба перевіряти).

Die neu renovierten Zimmer.

Die Zusatzkosten, obwohl bei der Buchung von Booking.com alles inklusive angegeben wurde. Kein Verständnis für die Fehler obwohl er schwarz auf weiss belegt werden konnte. Beim WC hatte es kein Waschbecken. WC Papier wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. (1,5 Rollen mussten für 5 Personen 2 Tage reichen.) Heizungen waren ausgeschaltet. Matratzen waren zu hart. (Rückenschmerzen)
