Nowoczesny apartament w nowiutkim budynku. Parking zadaszony. Widok na morze. Apartament wyposażony w niemal wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo uczynny i komunikatywny gospodarz.

Brak czajnika do wody. Słychać dość ruchliwą ulicę. Obok budują się dwa nowe budynki co tymczasowo pogarsza widok z balkonu.
