"Apto muito bom e reformado"

A vista é incrível, o apto é bem amplo e os 3 dormitórios são suítes. Cozinha equipadíssima!

Não havia telas nas janelas o que traz um pouco de preocupação quando se tem crianças, mas eu sabia disso. Não é culpa do proprietário mas o banheiro não tem janela, então o cheiro e o mofo ficam um pouco desagradáveis. É isso, apesar de reformado o edifício é antigo.
