Dúplex/terraza privada en corazón Centro Histórico

Está muy bien ubicado. El edificio por afuera es muy bonito. Tiene una vista a la torre latinoamericana. Está decorada con muebles antiguos y el corte del departamento es interesante Cuenta con un elevador antiguo que es tripulado por un conserje muy amable.

El departamento se encuentra en un edificio antiguo histórico. Lamentablemente no se tiene el respeto al visitante de ofrecer un espacio limpio. El sofá está muy sucio, no invita a sentarse ahí. Hay polvo acumulado en las repisas de la ventanas. Los muebles de la terraza no están en las condiciones como lo muestran las fotos. El precio del departamento no es económico,.por lo que uno espera que los blancos estén en buen estado. Las sábanas de la cama son viejas, etc. No me gusta hacer criticas negativas, pero sería importante que el dueño o dueña mejoren las condiciones mínimas de un alojamiento que son: Limpieza. Llegamos al punto de buscar otro hotel, porque no era posible permanecer ahí. Otro punto que es de importancia informar es que está el departamento en un octavo piso, y el elevador antiguo llega al 6 nada más. Hay que pasar por un pasillo de piso de rejilla metálica. Para aquellos que tienen problemas de vértigo por las alturas, es un reto.

The location is fabulous! We loved the building, the doorman and the view. While not a 4 star hotel, the beds were comfortable and the apartment had whatever you need if you are wanting to cook. The VIEWS are spectacular. We would definitely book again.

Not that WE didn't like it but if you have mobility issues this isn't for you. The apartment is on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th floor.

Loved the location and the views from the terrace were incredible. Very spacious apartment that felt super safe with the 24/7 doorman.

Could have been a lot cleaner when we arrived. The bathroom was very small and outdated with very poor ventilation.

The kitchen could be a little better equipped and you shouldn't be sensitive to noise. Loudspeakers are sold on Bolivar Street and the demonstrations are accordingly loud.

It was cold in November with not enough heating and towels for 2 and not 3 people as booked were provided.

The quirky feel of the apartment. All the windows that open. The private terrace. The security of the locked entrance doors.

Loved everything. We hated to leave the place.

We loved all the windows and the patio, and how spacious it was. The place had a fun artistic vibe and was walkable to a lot of sites in the historic area. The security man was so kind.

It was pretty clean but seemed like they forgot to vacuum. I wished there was some information on the area and wifi code/password (had to ask, I guess I was supposed to find router and look there). The beds were hard. The only mirror is in the bathroom.
