Apartament 123 was ok but-not what I purchased in the first place i suppose 123 is cheaper than 122 because it was smaller

I paid for Luxury apartament 122 when i arrived they gave me apartments 123 nect to it which was smaller than apartment 122 Apartment wad on the third floor many stairs no elevator not appropriate for older people I rented the apartment for 11 nights they did not cleaned up at all during that time not even pick up garbage

The apartment was very clean and roomy, and there was a very comfortable king bed, which was a nice surprise since it was advertised as a queen. The kitchen had all the amenities needed, a good stove, and a fridge. The shower was good, and there was lots of hot water.

The room was not ready when indicated. While the host was very nice and apologetic while we waited, later when we asked about the safe (that didn't work), her attitude changed as if we were bothering her. While the description of the apt mentioned it was on the 3rd floor, they also should have mentioned there was no elevator, which could deter people unable to climb the steps. That appeared to bother the host even more. The biggest glitch was checking out. We checked out on time, they stored our 2 suitcases, and we mentioned precisely when we'd be back to pick them up. Lo and behold, there was no one available to answer the door even though we rang the bell and knocked loudly to try to get someone's attention. We called the original host mentioned above, and she let the manager on duty know we were at the door...standing in the sun for 20 minutes was uncalled for!
