SOBE suites in Miami Beach

The home was convenient to the strip and all the eateries and night life. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Close access to the beach.

There was only one tv and it was in the living room. It was 7 of us. The living room could have more comfy space to sit for the number of people, Maybe a comfy chair or two.

Great location. Apartment was clean and new. Great value for money.

The location

We have in a 4 floor and the elevator was out of order, the only stair was the emergency one, narrow and steep. Not sure if the building is in safety compliance! The AC is not able to Regulate the temperature, was or super hot or freezing cold. The unit really needs a deep renovation, fully. The main room is very noisy as you have the other building AC condensers at full power next to the window. The building access is terrifying

Location was amazing. Price can't be beat. I can't believe we weren't bothered by the restaurants below us! The host was polite and responded quickly to our questions.

The kitchen was far from complete. Missing basic things like cutting boards, serving spoon, the toaster and can opener were broken. So you had to get creative when cooking. We found 2 cockroaches. The floors have seen better days.

The location was fantastic, especially for the price. There was a very nice outdoor rooftop deck area that was available to use and provided a nice view of the beach and a place to hang out. With just a little TLC this could be a really fantastic rental.

The elevator was not operational through our entire stay, the toilet wouldn’t always flush without adding water to the tank, the floor was dirty and turned our socks black.

Location Only!

The beds were super hard and cheap. Bathroom was dirty and the water pressure was horrible.
