Deluxe waterfront one bedroom apartment with Miami Skyline view, free parking 5 mins drive to Miami Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at deluxe waterfront one bedroom apartment. It almost felt like a home away from home. Even if it seems a little away from things, you can easily get around using the bus or Uber. Mona was super welcoming and answered my questions promptly. The place was clean and it is very quiet which we enjoyed.

Everything from the balcony view of the ocean to the cleanness of the apartment.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Nearby to the marina

We didn’t have any hot water. Fortunately, I just need a spot to lay my head for a night and didn’t realize it until the end of my stay. There was a dead roach under the router and sugar ants on the kitchen counter.

Very good location and nice view from the balcony over the bay to Miami Skyline in the distance. Quiet house. Modern and functional equipment (and it looks like they still upgrade). The information to get in the Apartment is good and detailed, but for International Travellers without mobile Internet in the US to late as they already on the way. As their is now public WiFi close by, you have to drive a few miles to find a public WiFi or be lucky that someone does a Hotspot on his mobile so we could downloaded the information.

There were 2 points that prevented the 10 Star rating: - Cleanliness: 150 USD are charged for cleaning the Apartment and most of the areas are clean. But if you lay for example someting on the fridge that will get the collected dirt of dust and kitchen cooking of weeks. - Double bed: The matrass is so soft that if you have at least one or two big persons (> 180 lbs), sleeping become very uncomfortable. Nevertheless it is a recommondation and if the owner speaks to the cleaning Service and get another matrass in (or at next refurbishment a King Size Bed as space is there) it would be a definete 10!!!

The view from the room and balcony is excellent, towards Miami and over the water. There's a marina right out front, and a swimming pool. The room was well equipped with all that was needed, the parking outside easy to use and the position of the property is within a relatively easy rich from either downtown Miami, or the beaches, including South Beach. Mona was great to communicate with and the little technical problem we had was sorted out the same day. A great place to stay for a couple, or a family for no more than a couple of nights.

While there was a couch, this is not suitable for 4 people, at least not for more than a couple of nights. The couch is not comfortable to sleep on and the price is frankly not justified. There is noise from all directions: the road on one side, the poorly soundproofed doors on the other, the air conditioning is very loud and not very efficient (can't be used at night due to its noise).

Maintenance on the building

I liked that the apartment looked exactly like the pictures posted online. I liked the view from the back balcony I liked that the ceiling fan and air conditioning was remote control and that the apartment was fully furnished including kitchen appliances and silverware and more.

They were working on the outside of the building, construction I guess, woke you up early early 🥴. But if it wasn't for that it would have been perfect, either way, I'd come back again.
