- Het is een modern appartement (behalve de badkamer) - Er is zeer mooi uitzicht op de zee, zeker omdat het appartement hoger gelegen is - Het in- en uitchecken was zeer makkelijk met de sleutels in een kluisje en instructies - Er is voldoende parking in de buurt dat buiten schoolvakanties doorheen de week gratis is

- Er was geen vaatwasser zoals beschreven in de advertentie - De vloer was vuil en plakkerig - Het raam dat uitkijkt op de zee was vuil, we hebben deze zelf moeten kuisen om erdoor te kunnen kijken - De helft van de verticale lamellen aan de raam van de living waren weg waardoor je niet kon verduisteren - De dekentjes die aangeboden werden, roken zeer muf - Het bed is smal (140cm) en de topmatras was nog smaller. De matrassen en kussens hadden meerdere vlekken - Er wordt waarborg van €250 gevraagd en om dit te regelen moet je €5 betalen dat je niet terugkrijgt - Zeer vreemd dat er anno 2025 nog steeds geen wifi aanwezig is. Er is slecht bereik in het appartement dus werken op de laptop, netflix kijken of dergelijke ging moeilijk
