L’emplacement est juste magnifique face à la mer, Un parking fermé pour la voiture, Une piscine et un bar dans l’immeuble Le top

Peut être au niveau cuisine un peu dans son jus Mais très convenable

la vue, l'accessibilité pour personne à mobilité réduite, l'équipement très complet

le non-accès aux balcons (ni avant ni arrière) car pas de chaises prévues ET TRAVAUX de rénovation dans l'immeuble mitoyen/ le BRUIT lié aux travaux (lourds) voisins !!! et le radiateur salon toujours très chaud ("ne pas toucher") / la douche (écoulement bouché) et le siège WC branlant / la porte vitrée coincée au sol / les jeux incomplets / le nettoyage très superficiel partout / l'absence de mode d'emploi pour les lave-vaisselle et sèche-linge
