excellent place to stay.

Lovely, relaxed, homely feel and we had a fantastic holiday, thanks. John was a great host. Amazing weather helped, too. Fantastic location. Spacious flat and very comfy sofas/chairs with lot of the latest movies available to watch. Also, books, games, DVDs. Loads of towels/towels etc, and plenty of soap/washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs/toilet roll etc. Kitchen well equipped. Felt a safe area and the car park is gated. The gym and pool access was a super added bonus. Lovely little gym with great facilities :-) We didn't have a dog, but it is great they are welcome at no extra cost. Also, I could see or smell no evidence any dogs have been there, no doggy smells or hair. Very good value for money and we would definitely recommend, and we hope to return ourselves.

We did not, not like anything; overall, felt it was a fabulous place and very good value for money. Another set of keys (to the flat and building) would have been really useful (or a key safe outside). Sometimes we did different things and were left hanging outside waiting for the person with the keys (in fairness, we didn't ask if another set was a possibility, and I can see routinely giving multiple sets of keys has more risk of getting lost). Also, some lamps in the lounge/dining area would add to the coziness. Saying that, loads is provided, for example fans, cushions and blankets. I'm just a fan of lamps rather than the 'big lights'. Brilliantly equipped, spacious, clean, and a great location!

We had a lovely stay in Windermere! The location is perfect — close to shops and the park, which was ideal for walking the dog. Having private parking made a big difference, and the access to the pool was a great bonus, especially with kids. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. John was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back!

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the station. Large 2nd floor flat, quiet road.

A little repainting would make a world of difference. But that’s nitpicking
