The apartment itself is really nice and comfortable with a big balcony and all the amenities that you need. It’s close to the beach and stores.

As I was at the 7th and last floor, there was some noise at night seemingly coming from the roof as the wind blew. The most annoying fact was that right in front of the property was an amuzement fair. They were playing manele very loud until 11PM and the sound from that mini train ride for kids was making an awful sound every 10 minutes. Regarding the parking, there are many free public lots around the building but it was super crowded and I’d spend like 30-45 minutes each night to find a spot. A big minus is that Rezident only has 30 underground parking spaces that are ONLY for people who get a room with a beach view - which in my humble opinion is stupid. And last but not least, the elevator can only sustain 2 people with light luggage and it looks pretty unsafe. On its original instructions it sais that it can hold up ~460 kilograms, but I think the maximum is actually ~200 and an alarm starts if there’s a heavier weight.

Very nice and cozy apartment, clean ,well equipped. The location was excellent.

Locatie pe plaja, noi am avut un view excelent spre mare. Apartamentul mare, curat, dotat cu tot ce iti trebuie pentru o sedere placuta. Ca si acasa mai ai si aici cate ceva de imbunatatit dar per ansamblu locatia a fost peste alte cazari din tara sau strainatate. Am apreciat pachetul de bun venit, wifi-ul performant, accesul facil cu cod in apartament, cosmeticele de buna calitate- din gama Rituals, locatia centrala, faptul ca in 2 minute esti pe plaja unde ai si sezlonguri gratis, care fac parte din pachetul oferit de cazare. Plaja din dreptul complexului este mare, cu nisipi fin si bine intretinuta. La parterul complexului este un magazin La doi pasi, numeroase restaurante si terase in jur. Bucataria echipata cu strictul necesar pentru a putea gati, masina de spalat rufe pentru sederile indelungate. Un check in prea tarziu si un check out prea devreme insa, la cererea noastra, am beneficiat de o ora in plus la plecare, pentru care multumim. Comunicarea excelenta, pe telefon/ whatsapp cu gazdele. Recomand locatia, cu siguranta vom reveni.

Lipsa unui prosop pentru picioare in baie si a papucilor de hotel. Parcarea din fata complexului mai tot timpul ocupata, am gasit locuri mai la distanta, nu vreau sa ma gandesc cum este in plin sezon.

Locatia este de vis, incluzand personalul. Vederea este wow, am fost mereu intrebati daca totul este in regula. Ne-am simtit mai mult decat "ca acasa"!

Nu exista ceva ce nu ne-a placut

Locația este excelenta, lângă plaja Belona, cu ieșire directa pe faleză. Apartamentul este exact cum trebuie, cu toate dotările. Balcon cu masa și scaune. Șezlongurile incluse în cazare, pentru fiecare membru al familiei câte un sezlong (am aflat asta după ce am facut rezervarea, a fost o surpriza placuta).

Sincer, nu am găsit ceva sa nu ne placă.

Power was a struggle as the circuit panel kept tripping throughout our stay. The shower with the glass enclosure is not sealed therefore the floor and shower rig in front of the shower was soaked after the first person showered. This forced us not to use this shower at all during our stay. This was a double room for four guest and experienced cold showers after the first person showered.
