Die Lage und der Ausblick sind prima. Auch soweit alles an Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Die Elektrogeräte alle funktionstüchtig und ausreichend. Die Betten sehr bequem. Balkon auch ein Plus. Die Küchenstühle waren relativ neu und bequem. Aber der Küchentisch ist im Vergleich zu deren Höhe leider etwas zu niedrig. Das Badezimmer ist super, Badewanne ausreichend tief und bequem.

Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung war insgesamt in Ordnung - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber etwas überteuert bei der vorhandenen Ausstattung. Besonders sauber war es leider nur im Badezimmer. Sonst alles etwas staubig. An Decke im Wohnzimmer ein größerer Wasserfleck. An der Decke über der Dusche schwarze Flecken (Schimmel?). Leider waren in der Wohnung über mir dauernde Renovierungsarbeiten mit ständigem Lärm - auch sonntags! Und bereits beginnend am Morgen gegen 8 Uhr. In der Wohnung zu entspannen, war daher kaum möglich.
