J’ai rarement séjourné dans un lieu si exceptionnel ! On y trouve tout le confort nécessaire. Le logement est très bien situé. Que ce soit dans l’appartement tout est pensé pour que vous puissiez trouver ce dont vous avez besoin. Et l’extérieur est vraiment génial et si bien équipé (espace repas, jeux, coin piscine). Positionné entre San Gimignano et Volterra, non loin d’autres lieux mythiques de Toscane c’est très appréciable. Enfin, la pépite de ce logement ce sont les propriétaires. Des personnes extraordinaires d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité si rare. Ils ont des attentions pour vous (tomates fraîches excellentes à disposition, des œufs frais des poules présentes et autres cadeaux). Aucune hésitation à avoir il faut y aller. Merci pour tout sincèrement !

Wonderful place with lots of activities to do. Beautiful surroundings close to picturesque villages and towns. Apartment well equipped inc air conditioning. Very friendly hosts.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Eigentümer-Ehepaar!!! Es waren alle benötigten Dinge in der Wohnung - speziell in der Küche - vorhanden. Einfache und zweckmäßige Außen-Sitze in allen Bereichen des großen Geländes (Hanglage, mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen, Nutzgarten - wo sich eine Vielzahl von Kräutern pflücken lassen). Die 4 Hühner und ein Hahn vervollständigen das Garten-Assembly. Frische Eier haben wir auch von Elda bekommen.Der Pool (ideal tief für Kinder) etwas weiter vom Haus entfernt bietet Sonnenwiese / -Liegen und Spielgeräte / Wasserspielzeug aller Art (optimal für Kinder). Auch in Anbauten zum Haus finden sich vielerlei Spielgeräte. Wir haben die relative Ruhe der landwirtschaftlichen Anlage genossen. Relativ: die anliegende Straße hat tagsüber natürlich sporadischen Verkehr (Transporte, Landwirtschaft, Touristen). Die Nachtruhe ist aber 100% gesichert. Das Wohnen ist naturnah und erfordert etwas Resilienz. Die Wasserversorgung ist ökologisch und für jede Anwendung getrennt gespeist: Trinkwasser-Aufbereitung, Duschen, Pool.

Perfect place to relax, in a wonderful apartment with everything you need while on holiday. Close to all the villages, but far enough away to enjoy the calm and quiet of Tuscany. The hosts are wonderful people with a few special treats when you arrive. Highly recommend this beautiful spot in Tuscany.

It’s a very charming and original property. Very well equipped to make you feel at home and comfortable. The hosts were delightful and provided us with fresh eggs from their hens!

The shower was on the smaller side.
