Bardzo komfortowy apartament, na wyposażeniu jest wszystko czego potrzeba: dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, żelazko, leżaki... Wygodne łóżka. Taras wychodzi na stronę południową więc cały dzień jest nasłoneczniony. Wspaniała lokalizacja przy samej plaży, blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Bardzo dobry kontakt w właścicielem.

"Sehr schöner Platz"

Die Lage an der Strandpromenade und am wunderbaren, sauberen Sandstrand sowie die Straßenbahn vor der Tür für Ausflüge nach Alicante oder Villajoyosa beispielsweise haben uns beeindruckt. Ebenso das ebenerdige Appartement mit Balkon und Blick in den Innenhof mit Pool. Die Küche ist bis auf eine fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine gut ausgestattet. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand und Sandspielzeug sind auch vorhanden, perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit einem Kleinkind. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in ruhiger und entspannter Atmosphäre.

Die Sitzgarnitur aus Holz am Balkon (Tisch und Sesseln) sind nicht mehr stabil, wackelig und zum Teil kaputt. Auch die Duschschiebetüre ließ sich nicht mehr bewegen. Das Reisekinderbett ließ sich an den Breitseiten auch nicht mehr stabil aufstellen. Es diente daher lediglich als Schutz neben dem Bett vor dem Herausfallen des Kindes aus dem großen Bett. Wir haben uns trotz dieser Mängel wohlgefühlt. Die Verbesserungen der Mängel würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch mehr aufwerten.

La ubicación y comodidad del acceso. Tiene todo lo necesario para las vacaciones. Toallas, juguetes de playa, sombrilla, útiles de cocina…

El garaje es pequeño e incómodo de entrar un coche grande.

Was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Great location on the beach front, 2mins from tram line. Very safe and secure. Our host was super and responsive. The apartments had lots of extras such as beach toys, sun umbrella & beach chairs. Great bakery just a block away.

"Disappointing"

The location was perfect. The apartment not so. There were three positives about the apartment. The shower, Wi-Fi and the bed in the front bedroom. Let me list the bad bits. Bright white led lights Very poor cooking equipment. Dirty and old No instructions for cooker or microwave. One tea towel The creaking bed in the back bedroom Noisy people upstairs Very poor bed linen Absolutely no welcome pack or information about the area/ tram/ restaurants etc No ashtray. Only one rusty sun lounger and one old sagging deckchair. Sweaty vinyl sofa Cheap and worn out bathroom units I could go on but you get the idea. This place needs to be updated to bring it up to any kind of standard! Book at your peril!
