Pasa el tranvia cerca de las ventanas del edificio, de día y de noche continuamente! Muy difícil conciliar el sueño y descansar. El aire acondicionado a penas si se nota.

"Inmejorable ubicación para ir a la playa"

La playa a un paso y parking gratuito es un lujo. Corre la brisa marina en todo el apartamento. Yulia un encanto, se amoldó a nuestros horarios sin problema.

El tram pasa cerca aunque cuando cierras las ventanas ya no lo escuchas casi.

Yuliana es una súper anfitriona, muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida y eso lo valoramos mucho. Siempre atenta a cualquier consulta El.piso está reformado y en limpieza súper bien

El tamaño de 1 ventilador de la habitación , pues no daba mucho aire
