"Could be so much better. Good location let down by poor maintenance."

Good location, parking on site, good size and plenty of hot water. Relatively inexpensive for the size and location. Part of a local hotel so able to store bags etc.

Let down by lack of attention to detail and poor maintenance. For example insufficient crockery and mugs for no of possible guests, missing curtains, dislodged shower tiles and kickboards in kitchen, missing bulbs in lamps and mold stains on walls. Dining chairs all scuffed at corners and living room carpet stained. One bed lop-sided. Also most peculiar former shower room visible in corner of living room partially hidden by plastic plant. Some odour issues which could have been damp or plumbing.
