Cranwell Court Seaview Rooms and Apartments

The only good things were the fact that the bed was very comfortable and the view from the sitting room was wonderful.

Firstly I couldn’t get into my room as the code i had was incorrect later found the correct one but this didn’t help only had the lady at the other guest house to help she was nice but told me she had nothing to do with the other rooms. I rang the number I was given on email and left a message but they never got back to me .Things got worse when I discovered the stairs it did not say on the site anything about being put in a attic room with a huge amount of stairs I am disabled and this was a nightmare the place is misrepresented as it says the apartment is all for you which is wrong as it is shared also on the website it says free onsite parking also not true . In order to get to the room I had to put in a keypad also not stated I have arthritis in my hands and this was really hard for me. Once in the room I checked out the kitchen and couldn’t believe the smell there were several bags of rubbish next to the bin which had not been removed which was causing the smell. Bedroom 1 was a nice sea view but for some unknown reason I had been put in bedroom 2 which gave me no view the website said that there would be free toilties which was false there was no soap and an empty hand wash container also hardly any toilet roll.

Nothing at all the room woz on the top floor and he struggled to get up there not good we you have to carry the bags yourself

location views, spectacular. room same good kitchen. very pleased overall. hopefully will stay again.

stairs.a bit old for them now. but worth the effort for the views and rooms. good size living room.

Beautiful views. Comfy and clean rooms. Been before and definitely stay again. Highly recommended..

Maybe a blanket in wardrobe for the cold nights sat in chair ..
