The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check out time is not as advertised and we were informed on the last minute that it is different to what was advertised, we then had to pack in a hurry and make urgent and desperate arrangements around our activities for the day. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication.

Location is bad, got lost and asking people around is not good. Place is not safe, doors and windows not locking, plugs not working, no air conditioner and fan is not working well Everything was a disaster

The security guy was very friendly and helpful.the bed was comfortable.

The shower is very small no shower matt the water goes all over the floor when showering.The toilet is so small no toilet seat or toilet cover.they provide 1 ply tissue and no toiletries in the shower. The door to the shower was so dirty it needs painting.
