Their bathroom are too small, you can't move frelly, but they're beautiful

I like the apartment the setup and everything,the stuff was friendly and helpful

No bathroom mat,no showerdoor and wifi not working but the is a wifi password,and shower and zinc were choking as if the was electric fault

It was closer to where I was supposed to be for the duration of my stay.

- wi-fi is still not working even though I was promised that it will be working. - door locks don't close properly. - one of the staircase isn't safe for minors.

The owner did not pick up his phone we called about 100 times we used Google map which sends us to some township which said it was the destination still when we got there he did not pick up, had to book another place now he is refusing to refund me my money I which there was a way to report to bookings.com because the failure was on his side and I want my money back

The TV had no sound and there was no proper mirror.

The staff was very good welcoming

In booking.com checking in time was 10.00 to 18.00. We had a car break down called the number provided no answer text and emails no answer. We wanted to inform them that we will be late. Ended up booking another place on Friday. Saturday went there we talk to the owner he said he will come and talk to us . He never come or check on us Bathroom lights was not working. Remote for the telly was not there. When we asked for it we were told that tell was not working. Noise on second floor the whole night. No door between the lounge n bedroom

Friendly staff, when you are inside the facilities you totally forget where you are, it is such a Gem for the area surroundings.

If they could finish the renovations before moving guest in those unfinished rooms. But in a way it might be finance issues however the experience might drastically improve should the guest move into a 100% completed rooms and the comfort might be appreciated more.
