Code was sent in advance with clear instruction, however the box needs bolder marking. I did search for the apartment number but not a train smash, just an observation. Host was responsive in resolving small issues I had.

I suggest an inspection, confirming everything is as advertised and working vs hearing of issues from the guest. I think my issue was the prior guest removing stuff I needed on their departure. The host responded very well - for that I remain grateful.

Actually nothing about the apartment made us feel we were on holiday. It was stressful having to worry about broken stuff. Cleaning before unpacking was horrible.

The flat itself was not clean as a holiday place should be. The pots are pathetic , the bath was not even something to use. The whole flat needs renovations and proper furniture. Uncomfortable beds as for the bedding very disappointed. Actually had to buy polysterine containers cause those pots are not even good to cook in. The stove was so greasy and dirty I had to clean it before using and scrub the pan before using. Toilets , taps, bath horrible we used one bathroom..even second bathroom a hand shower used as shower tied with cable ties. This place needs serious attention waste of money and time coming from so far not a place to go for holiday. Could not even watch TV 80% of time signal is bad. Drove from JHB it was highly rated for nothing not worth my time and money spent on such a messed up dirty place. The flat itself does not even give that fresh smell had a horrible smell.
