"Lovely apartment but details / logistics need to be clearer"

The apartment is well appointed (kitchen, bathroom) and in a good location, next to a mall with shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is spacious and clean. The views were also very nice.

The apartment parking was challenging. We needed to leave at 3am for a flight and despite communicating this, there were no clear instructions on how to do that. If staying here with a car and needing to leave early, make sure you know where the pay station is and lift logistics, etc. The floor was sticky / wet to walk on throughout the apartment and unfortunately there was about a minute of hot water for the shower for 2 of us.

"Not worth the money nor your nerves!"

The location next to the mall and the harbour was great. Also the building staff was super friendly!

Somehow we expected a modern clean and comfortable apartment, but we found a ok-ish room with a moldy smell, stains on the towels and bed sheets and just not very homey at all. Also the staff almost forced us to transfer the money beforehand via what's app several times the days before our arrival. The message said "otherwise we won't get any access information". We left cash instead after our one night stay.
