"Mit kleinen Abstrichen war die Wohnung gut, aber die Parksituation schwierig."

Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Festspielhalle ist bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Die Einheiten liegen nach hinten raus, sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Abgesehen von sechs Parkplätzen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, die durchgehend belegt waren, gibt es kaum öffentliche Parkplätze in der Gegend (Parkverbot). Die Handtücher im Bad haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, lieber eigene mitbringen.

Preis Leistung super! Ziemlich zentral.

Man könnte den Garten etwas gemütlicher einrichten. Vor allem weil der Garten vom Nachbar so gemütlich eingerichtet ist

"Für mich perfekt!"

Sehr nah zum Festspielhaus, sehr ruhig. Morgens konnte ich auf dem Balkon mein Frühstück genießen mit dem Blick ins Grüne. Das mit dem Schlüsselsafe hat super gekappt, komme gerne wieder.
