- price: overpriced for its location and the apartment condition. You paid for the cleaning fee but ended up you need to throw the rubbish out by yourself. Some sockets weren’t functioning, the tv and internet were off until we check out. - cleanliness: when we get into the apartment the toilet bowl isn’t clean as it should be and we still can see the cleanliness isn’t great as what we read others’ reviews. With the extra charge I paid, I expected more however it was not. - staff: we received the check in instructions but it wasn’t all stated and clear. They expect us to explore the car park and building structure without any prior knowledge. And since i was overcharged for their “additional charge may apply” policy, when I tried to reach out the moment I was overcharged on my bank card, I was never able to connect with them in this platform until I had to contact booking customer service on this matter. On the day we check in and we weren’t able to locate the lift entrance, they kept asking us to go up and up without mentioning clearly about the building structure straightaway, and my mom was having bad knees and thankful and lucky it wasn’t make her knee condition worse. We really upset with their attitude and the way they treated us since beginning. Throughout the whole dealing with them, all we can feel was they keep blaming others (blame me for not contacting them straightaway , blame my sister for not letting her speak in the call but indeed she wasn’t giving clear instructions, blame booking platform for the overcharge and said they not in charge of it) and it really made us pissed and ruined our travel mood

the location

the kitchen facilities are not catered for the number of guests staying as part of the request when booking. the host should provide sufficient kitchen ware based on the guests count.
