Stayed on the 18th floor. Apartment was large, new, with great view and excellent facilities. People managing the property were very responsive to any enquiries we had. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable - apart from a toast, which must’ve been present at some point as we seen an empty box, but no toaster. Location was also good - about 30min walk to popular areas (although there are no suitable walking paths, but we still made it) or about 10MR by Grab. We found a supermarket about 10min by walk from the accommodation, which we found very convenient for all our needs e.g. fruits, water, coffee, pasta, eggs etc. We also needed to print some documents and we found a printing shop about 5min walk opened until 7pm. The gym and pool on the 29th floor were exceptional.

The shower heads and water pressure in the bathrooms, but the still did the job.

停车位的位置偏高，另一个是隔音在屋内能比较清晰地听到走廊外面的谈话声。

Property is great with good cleanliness, good safety and good equipment.

So far everything is good, but will be better if also equip with water dispenser like cuckoo or coway.
