"Gets the job done"

Had ability to cook and tools to do so. Area was interesting and cool. Owner was nice.

Older home which is okay, but wasn't expecting boarded windows. Cleaning needs improved badly, but the beds and linens were clean. Farther away from stores and restaurants than I imagined.

Everything was well cleaned, and little notes everywhere, so I didn't feel like I needed to go digging through someone else's house. The overall feel was great, and the home is maintained and well presented.
