Dandelion apartments

Very comfortable bed in a clean and modern apartment, situated in a perfect central location in old town Chania. We loved the free treats on arrival.

The apartment was quite noisy with traffic from the road outside. The sofa was also quite uncomfortable. Our host also was late so we had to wait to pick up the keys, and after being up from 5am this was slightly frustrating. We also would really recommend that the hosts secure some parking for anyone staying at the apartments, as this would make staying much more convenient.

endroit propre et calme, lit très confortable. Endroit calme, silencieux. 2 beaux balcons, bonne pression de l’eau, deux airs climatisées. L’hôte est très gentille, nous laisse quelques petites surprises à notre arrivée.

Salle de bain un peu petite, mais il y a un deuxième miroir dans la chambre.

The location was great, host was lovely and helpful. Flat was nice and big. Very clean as well with all the amenities needed.

Parking can be difficult in the area, but really nothing to do with the flat itself.

Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und angenehm groß. Einrichtung ist in super Zustand, es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Die Länge ist phantastisch, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und hat unzählige Restaurants und Bars zur Auswahl. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super Tipps für local spots und zum Parken gegeben. Super war auch der Wochenmarkt der Samstags direkt vor der Tür stattfindet, unbedingt besuchen.

Parken war in der Hauptsaison nicht einfach, aber machbar. Wir haben meistens auf dem kostenlosen Schotterparkplatz auf der anderen Seite der Stadtmauer geparkt. Wenn dieser allerdings voll sein sollte, wird es schwierig. Parken direkt vor der Haustür maximal 4 Stunden gegen Gebühr. Leider ist die Straße vor dem Apartment relativ viel befahren. Vor allem abends und nachts hat uns der Straßenlärm (Mopeds) mehrfach aus dem Schlaf gerissen.
