"So much promise but sadly disappointing."

The location was good and the layout of the apartment great.

The apartment is in need of some repairs. The outside fan and light didn’t work (so dangerous coming up the stairs in the dark), the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor and the dryer didn’t work (and it is impossible to dry towels for a family of 6 on a small clothes airer when it is raining) and overall it is in need of a proper clean (lots of dust and dirt everywhere, crumbs from the previous guests etc). We complained about the dryer but the agent didn’t respond for 6 days which was unacceptable.
