Evaris Apartments

Theodosia and Eva and super nice, helpful and professional. We had the superior apartment and it was great. There is a bedroom and a 2nd mezzanine bed up the stairs in the living room. It's very cosy up there and completely separate from the living room. The kitchen has everything one needs. Coffee pods are available which was awesome and we had fresh muffins upon check in. The terrace is north facing so later in the year there is no sun but still nice to sit outside. There can be parking in front of the house but the street facing the house has a newer build with some parking spots in front and so far I didn't see any residents' permits required. A supermarket is 2 min down the road and it's about 20-30 min walk into town. 10 min towards town is a roundabout with quite a few restaurants that are great for lunch. The wifi worked very well.

Loved this apartment and the breakfast made by Evangelia was amazing, worth the visit just for the breakfast alone. Was about a 20 minute walk into Chania, if you walk back to apartment it is uphill. We arrived later at night and asked if rhere was place we could for something to eat and Evangelia made us a pizza and some spinach parcels. Would definitely recommend this Apartment and the hospitality shown by Evangelia was exceptional

We could not have spent a better moment in Xania. We (a family of 4) arrived on a very warm August afternoon to Evaris apartment. We were happy to be received by a cool AC and a very beautiful, nicely arranged, very clean and airy apartment. Modernly decorated, Evaris apartment was extremely comfortable. The beds were nice and cozy and there were plenty of towels to be used either at the apartement or to take to the beach. The flat is very well equipped with fridge, washing machine and everything one needs to fix a quick meal or just enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. Nearby, there is a large supermarket and one can easily walk to Xania’s city center. But, the best part of our stay concerns the landlord/owner -Eva. She received us with wonderful cupcakes that did not last long and a nice bottle of while wine. Eva brought a wonderful breakfast every day , which combined delicious cooked eggs (in different recipes every day), different bread types, viennoiseries, freshly squeezed orange juice, slices of cheese and ham…. and the most amazing honey we have ever had. But even if food was spectacular, what we enjoyed the most was Eva’s advice. Where to go and what to visit around Xania. Thanks to Eva, we discovered the most beautiful beaches, the botanical garden and spectacular mountain scenaries that we would have missed otherwise. Hopefully we will be back very soon.

Breakfast was amazing, host was very helpful, helped us with all the suggestions and made life much easier.

The hostess is extremely nice and she made us wonderful breakfast every day! The appartment was super clean when we arrived. There were a lot of amenities for our baby including a stroller and even toys :)

There are two appartments and we got the smaller one which was quite dark. It wasn't clear to me when I booked the room.

Everything. Great hospitality. All requests/questions I posted vua booking chat were responded to within kinutes, and in our favor.

everything was perfect. its a 25 min walk to the centre of Chania but on the other hand is perfect to park and super quiet

Everything was spectacular! The hosts were terrific! Very friendly. They always helped us to make the stay one we will never forget. The home was beautiful. Breakfast was topnotch. But I have to go back to their kindness. You do not meet many people like this. Thank you again for everything!
