Location. Size of accommodation.

Price - very overpriced. I booked for 2 adults and our 2 children. Even uploaded all passport copies before we left Australia, as requested, and when we arrived they said we’d only booked for 2 people. It was very expensive but we assumed that price was for us all. It does say “fits 12”. We ended up with 1 extra guest who surprised us on the trip and when we asked if they could stay when checking in, were under the impression there was no extra charge. Only to find out when we checked out, they were charging extra, plus extra for our children who we originally booked with! Unsure why they accepted our children’s passport copies weeks ago, and then had an issue upon our arrival and wanting extra money. I had already paid about $600 Australian dollars for only 1 night. And now I need to pay more. Very very expensive. Otherwise, host was easy to communicate with. Property was pleasant, clean and tidy.
