Property is located around 800m easy walk into town. Great value for money and better than staying in a hotel if you have a small group or want additional space. Host Philip was prompt and attentive.

Spacious flat, large well-equipped kitchen, set in a quiet location with an easy 10-15 minute walk into town. The owner, Philip, was in contact prior to and on arrival to ensure that all was well.

I had a fantastic stay at the property I booked through Philip. From the start, Philip was incredibly helpful, providing clear communication and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. The property's location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get to. The property's cleanliness was impeccable, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to cozy furnishings, making it feel like a home away from home. There were also plenty of games provided, which kept us entertained during our downtime—such a thoughtful touch! One of the highlights for me was the car park. It made our trip so much easier, knowing that we had a convenient and secure place to park. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We had an amazing time and would love to come back!

about 20mins walk from town centre. Heating a little erratic.

Good location with parking. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Recently decorated to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen. Good contact from the host. All very comfortable place to stay with several takeaways a minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The bathroom steamed up quickly even with window and fan so had to leave door open. There is a heated towel rail which may help with this in winter. This only a little niggle that I wouldn't mention but it makes me type something in the "negative" box.

It was a lovely clean space with comfy beds and a nice patio. The location was great for getting around Cirencester and the Cotswolds.

It was quiet most of the time but my friend who stayed in the big bedroom was woken up in the mornings around 6am from the kids running around upstairs. Other than the early morning noise, it was quiet.

Phillip was a great help from the start, providing excellent communication about our arrival. We received a welcome guide for the apartment and the local area, which was very helpful. The apartment is well-maintained, with two clean and comfortable bedrooms, as well as a nice kitchen and terrace. If you enjoy walking, it’s a perfect location with access to some good trails and shops nearby. I highly recommend it for a quiet and enjoyable getaway!

everything, in fact i couldnt think of anything you might need there, except possible USB charging ports. It was clean, easyto find, and had a lovely pub/restaurant less than 100m away.
