Very comfortable property with lots of room inside the property, very well equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom and shower and lots of towels and very nice comfortable beds and clean sheets. Excellent kitchen and well equipped games room and nice backyard for entertaining and having barbecues and enjoying the Cootmundra peace and quiet. The house was very well decorated and had a lot of character and I had a great stay with my son!

Could have been a little bit cleaner behind the curtains and in the drawers. having said that, as soon as I asked the owner to come in and clean the floors, he did it ASAP, so great service all around.

The location was on a quiet street. The house could accommodate four people.

The overall impression of home inside was dark and gloomy. The rooms were filled with an odd assortment of heavy large furniture and odds and ends seemingly bought from garage sales and deceased estates. Knick knacks, ornaments galore. Black seemingly the favourite colour- upholstery, light shades , tiles. Pillows thin and old. Sheets and towels old and worn and needing replacing. Overall a miserable place to stay. We left a day early.

We were all fascinated with the fabulous quirky decor... loved it ! Very easy walk to the central town area and plenty of room to park in the driveway..
