Not having Wifi!

Very comfortable and close to town.

Almost everything. I loved the eclectic vibe and especially loved the use of an old copper converted into the laundry washtub. A stroke of simple genius!

Instructions for finding the door lock and the wi-fi connectivity info could have been clearer. It took us 5 minutes searching the property to realise that the key lock box near the front door wasn’t used anymore and there was now an electronic lock on the main door behind what turned out to be an unexpectedly unlocked security screen door. The instructions for the wi-fi were in a card in the corner of a picture frame in the hallway instead of on a simple sheet or in a welcome folder on the hallway stand. We found the connection info on a small sticker on top of the router waaaay before we stumbled on the card in the picture frame. And the single mattresses were rock hard, so be ready for that. None of these things were deal-breakers, but it made for a very clumsy welcome to the property.
