Hard to find any houses for short terms stays in Cootamundra and this one appears to be available reasonably well. Very close to shops.

There was a selection tea and coffee and sugar provided, but not breakfast which was not expected anyway.

Cook wear needs replacing! Dinner set needs to be replaced with a complete set with bread-and-butter plates as the ones provided were chunky and very heavy. I would suggest that the inside of cupboards be painted as they were roar wood. The Microwave was on top of frig which was very difficult to remove hot food and not safe for anyone especially older people. I would suggest that the toaster be placed in cupboard and jug left with the Tea and coffee things on that bench and Microwave placed where they were situated for easy access to cooking and safer for the user.

no dryer, no bbq

A cute little cottage with anything you would need, especially for a family. The kids in particular loved the sunroom and the Xbox!

The house was cute and homely, everything was there that could make your stay comfortable the hosts were very accommodating aswell..
