Erdvus šviesus butas, patogi virtuvė maisto gamybai, didelė dengta terasa, gera lokacija, yra vaikui užsiėmimų, 1,6m pločio dvigulė lova.

Nėra elektrinio rankšluosčių džiovintuvo (gyvatuko) vonios patalpoje. Rankšluosčiai visiškai nedžiuvo visas dienas vonioje, buvo visada šlapi. Skalbyklė nedžiovina.
