Location was great, nearby amazing beaches. Free parking. Loved having a washer/ dryer and a very well stocked kitchen/ bathroom (washing tablets, toiletries, etc.). We appreciated the snorkel kit, umbrella and beach chairs for the beach. Swimming pool was also a nice bonus. Also host was great at keeping us informed with the tsunami warning and location of refuge etc.

Sofa slightly on the small side for 4 persons and could have done with a table to sit around. But otherwise -nothing.

Beautiful little apartment that was easy access to Kona, and 25 mins from Hōnaunau Bay.

Poor sound barrier between the units

This place had everything we needed and lots of extra things that made our visit better.

There were no instructions for the washing machine, and apparently, the hot water was turned off, so it wouldn't work. I spent about 30 min. fiddling with it before I called for help and then had to wait 45 min. before help arrived.

It was me and my two boys (14 and 16). Easy location to get in and out of. Enough space and room for the three of us. The extras were super helpful -- cooler, bug spray, chairs, snorkeling equipment etc - all of which we used.

On the lainai are two beds... AC didn't quite reach there so that made it a bit uncomfortable for them.

Great location - near the beach and touristy shopping/dining areas. Great communication from host and very clean. Stocked with supplies.

The bed was a full sized bed, which isn’t big enough for 2 people comfortably. We had to sleep in separate beds. We could hear every step that the people above made through the floors. Shower pressure was really low.

Had everything you need. Well stocked. Provided coffee.

Noise from guests upstairs.
