Lisa's Apartment - Margarita Gardens

Apartment was not clean, out dated and, windows and balcony facing busy street very noisy. It should have been advised by host that is very noisy due facing to main street.

Very helpful owner when looking for our accommodation. We arrived in Paphos with a big delay late in the evening, so the help was very welcome. Cozy apartment with everything we needed. Very quiet and clean. We appreciated the balcony for evening sitting in the magical part of Keto Paphos.♥️

I think that in the future tourists would underestimate the enlarged heading of the address part; Margarita Gardens. Otherwise we highly recommend.♥️

Good price-quality Balance; Position close to the most tourist area of Phafos.

We had some issue to find the exact position and the code for the key-box of the Apartment but with a short call we solved shortly!

Spacious. Clean. Nice design. Many storage areas. Pretty close to the main tourist area.

Low pressure of hot water. A bit noisy at night due to having the window overlooking the street, but you get used to it after some minutes

Host was really accommodating.

Traffic noise was a bit disturbing at night, but not a massive problem

This is an apartment located in a quite large complex of houses and blocks of flats - my parents had a house 150m away. The host was very quick to answer to all of my texts and phone calls and provided us with lots of ideas of places to go to. Everything was very clean, there was air conditioning in both rooms and we had hot water at all times. We did not try the private pool, but it looked very nice. There is a 24h open supermarket very closeby, post office, pharmacy and also the seaside is not more than 10 minutes away, I think the place is very good value for money.

The apartment is not very large and the windows are facing the street, but it is a quiet neighborhood. Also, something to be improved is the bed, since every time one of us would sit down without taking maximum care, the wooden parts under the mattress would come out and have to be put back in. I would also suggest some more serious towels, some of them would not get you dry at all.
