Melanos Fully Renovated TownHouse with Private Pool

The house is really nice, enough space for a family of five. Indeed well renovated, modern. We really enjoyed the pool, which seemed to be very clean with the water just the right temperature (even though we visited in the end of March).

The house really wasn't cleaned well upon our arrival... But at least the hosts were responsive to this fact. Hopefully, this was a one-off that we were unlucky to experience. Restocking on new cookware wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Beautiful property, amazing private pool and views. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. All the amenities you will need. The pool was clean and even cleaned again whilst we were there. Kind owners! They made sure we were comfortable at all times and allowed us to overstay. ☺️

my expectations and I can't stop enjoying it. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the breathtaking view of the private pool and the Mediterranean Sea glistening in the background. It is as if we are stepping into a paradise of tranquility and opulence. The attention to detail in every aspect of this property is outstanding. The interior has been elegantly designed with modern amenities. The spacious bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and balcony, were like sanctuaries of comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen made dining a joy. What really set this experience apart was the impeccable service provided by Mr. Vassos, the owner of this property. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. His warm hospitality made us feel like dear guests. The Melanos property in Paphos is a hidden gem that offers the epitome of luxury and relaxation. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, I wholeheartedly recommend this retreat. I can't wait to return to this piece of paradise, thanks to Mr. Vassos and his exceptional property!

Not one for reviews but thought this will help anyone looking at this property. We had a truly fantastic stay! The villa is amazing, equipped with everything you need in a beautiful and peaceful area of Paphos. Looking at other villas available, this is generously priced and we would have paid more! We didn’t hire a car, which hasn’t a huge issue as we used taxis and had very little problems, but if you are constantly going out then it’s probably worth getting a car as taxis are about €13-€18 into Paphos harbour or old town

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, maybe the only thing we would say echoing some other reviews are the beds are a little uncomfortable. However, taking the price paid into consideration, this is in no way a deal breaker!

Absolutely incredible stay. Owners were reachable at all times. Little extras such as brownies on arrival. We were allowed to check out a little later due to a later flight which was a god send. Neighbours were super friendly. The house is immaculate with everything we needed. Shop 5 min walk away - restaurants within a 15 min walk. Pool and sunset views were our favourites!

Hard to locate on maps. Taxi’s struggled to find us. Beds a little uncomfortable - nothing a good mattress topper couldn’t fix.
