The apartment is really nice and all is new. Has all you'll need for even longer stay. My recommendation. If I would go there again, I would take the same apartment. Just be careful when parking in front of the house. Check the time when is allowed, and when not. I was just passing by with short 1 day visit to the town, so didn't notice the table with info when is not allowed to park, but frankly didn't expect any problems as it was notified by the owner that there is a free parking.

I had a problem with parking. It was supposed there is a free parking on the street. Looks that there is a time limit over the day, and I had a problem with police. Luckily - owner managed to help me not to pay parking fine. Hope that I will not receive it later by post.

"Nice and clean apartment"

Even though the apartment is quite small, it is nice, cozy, and clean. It is located in a block of flats. It is quite well equipped. It is near to one of the top tourist attractions in this area - Kostnice Sedlec. I was able to check in in the morning just after my arrival. There was everything I needed in the apartment. It was possible to park a car for free near the flat, however it was hard to find a place in the afternoon

We had a comfortable & relaxing stay! Less than a 5 minute walk to the market & 10 minute walk to the Bone Ossuary. The check in/check out instructions were detailed, the cost was very affordable & the free parking included was a definite bonus, however finding a parking spot by the time we arrived for check in was difficult & took about 25-30 minutes. It was our first time unlocking a door with a European Cylinder lock (which is different than the American locks) but once we figured it out it helped for the remainder of our travels throughout Europe. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kutna Hora.

"Great comfortable family stay with our little girl. Perfect for a family. Highly recommended."

Great location in a quiet residential area next to Kaufland, Tesco and Albert. Easy access to the town center by public transport or car. Parking available - if there are spaces left. Very clean and comfortable. Baby bed provided by the owner.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
