Snowy Peak Apartment

It was clean and great for an over night stay for 4 people.

The access code had been changed & we weren't informed. We had to ring for assistance. I received an email with the new code at 2.40am whilst we were a sleep so 7 hours too late. Only the Living area has an air conditioning unit the bedrooms need air conditioning too.

The apartment was very well maintained in excellent condition.

Location Nice big kitchen

There was a gross mouldy damp smell from the bathroom that filled the whole apartment when the door was left open. The fridge also smelled bad and quite strong! This place was luxury prices but not luxury. Quite budget in appliances and kitchen supplies etc. I expected more. The master bedroom bed was two mattresses pushed together and quite uncomfortable. No flannels provided Poor communication as I never got the checking email with details to enter

Lots of space and room in the house. There were even heaters available which were needed as it was quiet cold. Overall fantastic facility.

Cleaning up and washing the dishes is something I always try to do, but writing that not doing so will result in fines is a bit too much in my opinion, as there are gonna be cleaners anyway who's job it is actually do that. When you pay and pay well for a place, you expect these things to be included.

Beds, furniture, all “ok” but nothing beyond that
