Gestüt Kaiserhof

The room was clean.

The hotel is located in a remote area with a terrible dirt road, right next to a horse stable that smells awful. Can you believe there were no hand or face towels in the room, and they said we had to pay an extra fee just to have them??? (Even though this is a basic amenity in any hotel!). It took me 2 weeks of constant messaging just to get an invoice from them. I will NEVER choose this place again, and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!

Der Reitstall war schön und dass man die Pferde streicheln konnte, was für meine Töchter toll war, allerdings war reiten nicht möglich weil ausgebucht.

Sauberkeit war für uns unterirdisch, nichts war wirklich gereinigt, Wände total fleckig und dreckig, Kaffeemaschine verdreckt gewesen, Wasserkocher total verkalkt,ebenso die Duschen. Gardingenstangen hingen schief, Leisten am Fußboden teils nicht mehr vorhanden. Im Fitnessraum war alles verstreut, teilweise lagen am Pool Schuhe , Kleidung und Handtücher rum ohne dass andere Personen in Sicht waren. Es wäre viel Potential da aber auf die Sauberkeit wird gefühlt absolut nicht geachtet

The location was great and easy to find. Most important it was also near Strasbourg, France, it only took us 30 mins so it was kind of interesting. Waking up in GERMANY and getting a breakfast in France.

Perfekte Lage fpr eine Auszeit.

Im Appartement neben uns war morgens um 06.00 der Lärm sehr gross.
