Residenz Alpina im Kurhaus

Close to the bus stop and shops. Clean and kitchen very well equipped. Nicely furnished.

The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, discusting if you do not smoke and especially with small kids. I think 30 euros per person for bed linen is a lot. On Booking, this linen charge was only shown to me as an additional tax after booking. In addition, the bed linen had to be paid for separately. The tourist tax was incorrectly charged twice. Communication was in Dutch? on several occasions. In any case, I would have expected the language of conversation at an accommodation in Switzerland to be German or English. I found this very irritating.

Die Wohnung Residenz Alpina 115 hat so extrem stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, dass uns das Hotel Personal netterweise eine andere Wohnung gleicher Grösse angeboten hat. Die Wohnung Residenz Alpina 115 ist auf booking.com als Nichtraucher Wohnung angeboten, was absolut nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Wir bitten booking.com deshalb sich mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung zu setzen.

Great place in the middle of the town, close to lifts/bikepark/shops/pubs, very friendly stuff - there was no problem with anything, clean, spacey, comfy, quiet, we don't miss anything for cooking, big bike room, pool table in stylish lobby, very happy to stay there again, thanks a lot for a great holiday

There is no wifi in the apartment, you need to go to lobby. You need to pay to park car(s), but it was't expensive for Switzerland :-)

Hotel has a great lounge. Great to hang out and have an espresso. Locked bike storage for mountain bikes. Spacious apartment with full kitchen. Sauna is included in the price. Nice location, with paid parking in front of the hotel.

No WiFi in the room, only in the lobby, but slow. Wish I had a bit more info upfront. For example, they have discounted lift tickets available, but we already bought them at full price.
