The bedroom was quiet hot

Location!!

It would have been good to have a vacuum or broom. I’m a clean freak and had to go and buy a broom!

The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and food venues.

We arrived at 7pm and couldn't get into the car park (following the instructions we received). This is important as after hours getting into the car park is the only way to then get into the room as all other entries are locked. We had called the after hours number and left a message and waited until someone called us back and then lucky they were a short drive away and were able to let us in. We were tired from our long drive and this wasn't a nice way to start our holiday. This room is also next door to the lennox head pub, so if you stay over the weekend, you may get woken by people leaving the hotel late at night.

Before I arrived I tried to get an early check in. I received an email that it was strictly 2 pm check in. But then the room wasn’t ready until 2.30 pm. It would be nice to have a aircon in the bedroom because even with the dan on high it gets to hot in the bedroom.

Amazing balcony with sea views, listening to the waves from your bed in the morning was just amazing! Location was the best and beautiful apartment. Easy check in

I had to phone to establish what was required to download, it was only through the exceedingly helpful assistance of the operator , Tracy I believe, who led me through the steps to send photo ID. There was nothing on the form to explain what was required, without her help I would have been stymied. This is a matter which ought be remedied. Further, I received a mail with instructions for vacating premises . As I do not have a lap top I only viewed this on return , in the absence of a note in the room on arrival this ought to have been sent before departing on the trip
