The location, right on the beach. Spacious apartment with views to the beach from the balcony.

The apartment is a little dated, very cold in winter with little means for heating. The car parking is great if you have a tiny car but with a 4wd we had to park on the street.

Good location within walking distance to Lake Ainsworth and main beach and shops. Would recommend for families.

Very small garage. Lots of stairs inside and out. Poor lighting.
