The host met us outside the property 5 minutes after our arrival. The property was clean, airy and spacious. We spend lots of time on the balcony, people watching (gossiping) and enjoying stunning views of the sea/beach. The kitchen/bathroom had all necessary amenities. The property is 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and supermarkets. Great value for money.

The location is fabulous. Close to all facilities in the small town, a short walk to a bakery, convenience stores, cafés, bars and many restaurants around the fishing port. The black sand and rocky beach is right outside. The terrace is sunny from 11am, the best location to set up your laptop and work remotely. Wifi good throughout. Location, the elevator, perfectly sized, airey apartment, lots of local eateries, security, view, peace and quiet, and the lovely, attentive host Christiano.

One week just isn't enough time to enjoy the many, many wonderful things Tenerife has to offer.

Location was perfect, host was amazing - very helpful and he even printed our flight tickets for me and my parents as we had some problems with our flight. He gave us some very good tips and was always there to accommodate. The apartment itself is huge, view is incredible, the ocean is just on your doorstep. Me and my parents loved staying there and would definitely come back!

One of the bedroom had a window facing the corridor so I could never actually open it and it was always very dark in that room. I guess it's just the way houses are built over there.

The view is very good, you can hear the waves at all times, and the location is good, in a small villages outside of the bulk of tourism, full of great fish restaurants, but...

I find difficult to understand how other guests can give a 9 to this place. First of all, you can hear noise coming from the top floor the whole day and night. Second, the appartment was not that clean, with a lot of dust cumulated in the fans and humidity stains in the ceilings, and third, and worst of all, the 'staff' - a guy named Cristiano Luigi- turned out to be rude, made a huge mess with the check in and check out times, and also with the deposit (there is one, look for it hidden in the ad) , forcing us to change our schedule in the few days we were in Tenerife. My advice: avoid this place, plenty of better places in Tenerife and above all, they will treat you better.

Very nice apartment located in very nice village and very nice and quiet place. 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen and wonderful terrace very close to the ocean. The house is very quiet. Property manager very helpful and nice person.

Only one negative aspect this property has: the 2nd bedroom is oriented to the inside part of building, what is not visible from the pictures and comment. Means who sleep in this bedroom cannot respire fresh ocean air...
